The shells are in great shape. There's a few small scratches on the 12" and some light scratches on the bass drum, but that's it. No issues with any of the hoops/lugs. All mounting hardware is included with the kit. Heads are in decent shape, but could probably use some new ones soon-ish. This is an older spec of the Stage Customs, so the finish is a bit lighter than the more recent Stage Custom kits.
