Vintage 1960s Ludwig Scotch 6x26 Marching Bass Drum in Blue Sparkle

A great lookin drum at first glance but there are a few issues needing disclosed. The most notable and glaring issue is the cracked hoop. It appears one of them was cracked all the way through but the previous owner took two pieces of small wood to act as a patch over the crack. It seems to hold and feels stable, though, we understand, not ideal. We did our best to photograph the issue. The badge has some pieces broken off and the wrap has some minor scratches on the finish. All the hardware is pretty clean and functional. The heads still have plenty of life left in them. Would make a really cool conversion drum/project or add on!
