Nearly new condition, from what we can tell was either never used, or just used a handful of times. The chrome is pristine all around, the felt and cup have no cymbal markings. The rod doesn't have any screw markings on it. The rubber feet are in excellent shape. This is a great find for any vintage drum or Ludwig collector!
